Sixty-seven-year-old male with Hemoglobin SC sickle cell disease at presentation and post- scatter laser treatment. a Presentation with multiple sea fan neovascular lesions sequentially imaged with ultra wide-field fluorescein angiography (white arrows). Scatter laser treatment was applied to areas of profound ischemia in the far temporal periphery as well as applied to border of perfused and non perfused retina. b 4 months post-presentation and post-treatment, the sea fans show decreased leakage, with no new areas of neovascularization are observed
