Marking the area of type 2 macular telangiectasia involvement on the optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) and enface OCT images. On the OCTA image segmenting through the superficial and deep capillary vascular plexuses, the area of involvement by the type 2 MacTel is identified. The outer boundary of the MacTel area is marked manually (yellow line) using the area tool on the Image J software. The area is measured in sq. millimeter. These are marked by the white arrow heads in the superficial (A) and deep capillary plexus slabs (B) and by the red arrow heads in the photoreceptor layer slab (C)
